Where does the law stand on posting pictures on the internet that you’ve taken of other people, like friends/relatives, that they knowingly posed for such as at parties, events, etc? Not sure what area of law this falls under to get answers.

We have a judgement against us for $11,304, at this time, they are garnishing my wages for $3,000 of that. Now, we find out that they have put a hold on our checking account for the full amount of $11,304. Can they do that, and if so, how is that possible?
