The USPTO Refused My Trademark – What Do I Do Next?

I filled to register my trademark, which is a clothing brand. But, the USPTO refused it due to “Section 2(d) Refusal – Likelihood of Confusion” and “Disclaimer Required.” I don’t know what to do next.
